The right type depends on trailer size mix, how tight a seal you need, and whether the dock serves a cold room.
Choose an inflatable shelter when you need a tight insulated seal around varying or critical trailers. On the LESHO product page, the inflatable model uses about 42 mm PU sandwich boards on the top and sides, with airbags that open and retract in about 10 seconds. It needs a 3-phase 380 V supply (about 0.75 kW as listed).
The shelter seals the trailer perimeter; the leveler bridges the height gap so forklifts can enter the trailer. Specify both together: dock height, trailer bed heights, door size, and whether the bay is pit-mounted or edge-of-dock.
